  2. Sales Planning & Target Achievement:
    • Develop and implement sales plans and goals that align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
    • Strive to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
  3. Lead Generation & Sales:
    • Conduct research to generate new sales prospects and leads through various methods such as networking and cold calling.
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
  4. Customer Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Handle customer queries, inquiries, and concerns effectively.
  5. Negotiations:
    • Negotiate and prepare deals that are mutually beneficial to the customer and the company.
    • Close sales effectively by showcasing the value of our products.
  6. Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about the competitive environment, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and performance.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  8. Building and Maintaining a CRM Database:
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
    • Regularly update customer records, sales activities, and interactions
