Visa Facilitation Services (VFS) Global is a renowned outsourcing and technology services company for government and diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages Visa and Passport issue tasks on behalf of government clients. It has its Headquarters in Dubai with offices in 147 countries. VFS Tasheel, a company under VFS Global engaged Technowave International (TI) to provide an effective Automated Feedback Management system that will assist it to obtain customer feedback, monitor and improve their customer service delivery system.
Accordingly, Technowave International supplied more than 1100 Feedback devices for deployment in the offices of VFS Tasheel in more than 35 countries.

Redtag
Redtag a popular brand of the Retail Global Fashion Llc engaged TI to enhance their customer experience through the Feedback Management System. TI deployed more than 1300 devices in Redtag to implement an effective Feedback Management process.

Union Co-operative Society
Unioncoops, as part of its initiative to deploy multi-pronged strategy to enhance competitiveness and customer experience in a highly competitive retail segment, chose Technowave International to provide feedback solution. Accordngly, Technowave International deployed more than 250 feedback devices in their various stores across UAE.
Technowave International also provided a customized application to integrate the devices to their main application to gather, transfer and analyse data for decision making.
