In order to tighten the controls on billing of returns/exchange at the cash counter and to regulate the attendance and punctuality of supervisors, an additional layer of control was proposed and implemented in BMA international by installing more than 1100 HID Fingerprinter readers in KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar which replaced the cards used earlier. The result was increased control, fraud reduction and improved punctuality.

Implemented RFID solution in Bubble Laundry to track and monitor the counting of linens sent to and received from Laundry. The solution involved proposing and installing the right software, RFID readers to be mounted at various locations ;and the RFID label that are stitched to the linens. The result was enhanced control and reduction of shrinkage.
