In July 2025, Technowave International LLC completed the UAE’s first 100% Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) store installation at ADCOOP’s new premium store in Abu Dhabi. Over 11,800 ESLs were deployed across all departments, including fresh food, grocery, frozen goods, and electronics.
The project included a mix of large ESLs (in white and black frames) for high-visibility areas like fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat, and smaller ESLs for sections such as grocery and freezers. Powered by ZKONG’s cloud platform, the system enables real-time updates, multilingual support, and paperless operations—streamlining store management and enhancing the customer experience.
