Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering
- UAE driving license preferred
- Experience in field service, installation, or technical support is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently at customer sites
- Willingness to travel across customer locations in the UAE
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Provide on-site technical support and basic user training
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Manage assigned tools, spare parts, and service inventory
- Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders
