Description
The Datalogic Magellan 900i delivers fast, reliable 2D scanning in a small footprint. Designed for point-of-sale counters, pharmacies, cosmetics and premium retail, hospitality and self-service kiosks, it reads barcodes on products, coupons, ID cards and smartphone screens without the customer or cashier needing to line them up precisely.
It is now also available in white, so it blends with light-coloured POS equipment in customer-facing areas.
Faster sweep for shorter queues
The 900i offers faster sweep performance than earlier generations, capturing barcodes as items pass in front of the window. Higher throughput at the till means shorter waiting times and a better checkout experience.
Adapts to every barcode
Adaptive illumination adjusts automatically for printed labels and digital screens, so mobile coupons, e-tickets and loyalty cards read just as easily as paper labels. Datalogic’s Green Spot shows a clear good-read confirmation.
Hands-free or handheld
Operators can lift the scanner to read bulky items, then put it back in the stand to continue scanning hands-free, with no settings to change. Stand, kiosk and magnetic-mount versions make installation simple.
