Description
The Honeywell PM45 is a mid-to-high-volume industrial printer built for track-and-trace labelling. It handles shipping, pallet, product and compliance labels around the clock, with an all-metal chassis and mechanism that stands up to dusty warehouses and busy production floors.
The model offered here, PM45A10000000200, is the full-touch-display, thermal-transfer, 203 dpi version with USB and Ethernet and a standard tear bar. 300, 406 and 600 dpi and RFID variants are also available.
Fast and precise printing
Print speeds from 2 to 14 ips and ±0.5 mm registration keep barcodes, text and graphics crisp, even on small labels for electronics and medical devices. Direct thermal and thermal transfer printing with ink-in and ink-out ribbons up to 450 m long reduces media changes.
Drop-in replacement for mixed fleets
Firmware supports ZSim2 (ZPL-II), DPL, IPL, Direct Protocol, Fingerprint, XML for SAP AII and Oracle WMS, and C# Smart Printing, so the PM45 can replace Zebra, Datamax or Intermec printers without rewriting label formats. Smart Parse helps adapt legacy label data quickly.
Connected and easy to maintain
Ethernet, USB, RS-232, Bluetooth 5.0 and optional Wi-Fi connect the printer to any site network, with optional parallel, industrial and applicator interfaces. Operational Intelligence monitors printers remotely, and tool-free printhead and platen roller replacement minimises downtime.
