The Times-7 A5020CP is a compact, general-purpose circularly polarised RAIN RFID antenna engineered for reliable RFID tag detection across a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
Its combination of circular polarisation, a symmetrical radiation pattern and a broad 105° beamwidth helps provide consistent coverage while simplifying RFID read-zone configuration. The antenna is particularly useful in applications where tagged items may approach the reader from different directions or where tag orientation cannot be controlled.
Broad and Consistent RFID Read Coverage
The A5020CP provides a 5 dBiC gain and a symmetrical 105° beamwidth in both planes. This wide radiation pattern helps create an even read area around the antenna, making it suitable for general inventory, asset and item-level tracking applications.
The antenna offers a typical read range of approximately four metres, although the actual performance of an RFID system will depend on the reader, RFID tag, transmitted power, mounting position and surrounding environment.

Flexible Flush and VESA Mounting
Integrated mounting holes support flush installation and VESA-compatible mounting with 100 × 100 mm hole spacing. These mounting options allow the antenna to be installed on walls, frames, cabinets, portals, equipment and dedicated antenna brackets.
An optional connector-protection backplate can also be added where the SMA connector and antenna cable may be exposed to moving machinery, accidental impacts or demanding operating conditions.
