Description
The Zebra ZC10L is a direct-to-card printer for large-format cards. Instead of printing a standard ID card and inserting it into a holder, it prints a full-colour, edge-to-edge 140 x 88 mm card in one step, ready to hand to a guest, delegate or fan.
Organisers of concerts, sporting events, conferences and festivals use it to produce eye-catching credentials on demand, and hotels and venues use it for branded key cards and passes.
Edge-to-edge colour in one pass
Dye-diffusion printing at 300 dpi produces photo-quality images right to the edge of the card. Single-sided colour cards print at up to 195 cards per hour and black monochrome at 360-410 cards per hour, so on-site badge desks keep up with arrivals.
Smart, secure credentials
Cards are 24 mil PVC and can include HF, UHF or dual HF/UHF smart chips for access control and cashless payments. Zebra’s intelligent ribbon technology authenticates genuine ribbons and tracks remaining prints automatically.
Easy to run at any venue
A 200-card feeder, 70-card output hopper and multi-status LED display keep operation simple. It connects by USB, with Ethernet via an external print server, and Zebra CardStudio 2.0 design software is included as a 30-day trial.
