Description
The Zebra FXR90 is built for RFID read points where ordinary readers fail: outdoor gates and yards, loading docks exposed to weather, cold stores, wash-down production lines and vehicles. Sealed to dual IP65 and IP67 ratings with rugged M12 connectors, it keeps tracking assets, pallets and returnable containers in dirt, moisture and temperature extremes.
With a maximum read rate of more than 1,300 tags per second and higher receiver sensitivity, the FXR90 delivers fast, accurate inventory and asset visibility across large transportation, logistics, warehousing and manufacturing sites.
Deploy without running cables
The integrated RFID antenna allows simple, cable-free installation, while 4 external antenna ports (8-port models available) maximise the read zone for portals and dock doors. Wi-Fi, 5G cellular and CBRS options mean you can install readers in remote areas without pulling Ethernet.
Flexible power and mounting
Power the FXR90 with PoE/PoE+, an IP67-sealed AC/DC or DC/DC supply, or wire it directly to an electrical panel or vehicle battery. Flush and articulating VESA mounts are included for walls, poles and vehicles.
Easy to configure and manage
A mobile-friendly web interface and Bluetooth 5.3 let installers configure readers from almost any Android or Windows device, and Zebra IoT Connector streams tag data to cloud and enterprise systems using standard IoT protocols, with no coding required.
