Description
The Chainway Ant-RC05 is a small, general-purpose UHF RFID antenna for fixed readers such as the Chainway URA4 and UR4. Right-hand circular polarisation reads tags in any orientation, and its 5 dBi gain gives a compact, controlled read zone.
At 145 x 145 x 20 mm it fits where larger panels will not, and the supplied bracket mounts it on a wall or a pole.
Controlled, short-range coverage
A 3 dB beamwidth of 80° horizontal and 70° vertical and a front-to-back ratio of 17 dB or more create a wide but well-defined read zone, ideal for counters, cabinets, shelves and single doorways.
Rugged for any location
The white ABS radome is sealed to IP67 and the antenna operates from -40 °C to 60 °C, so it can be used indoors or outdoors. The bracket fits poles of 30-50 mm and is rated for wind speeds up to 60 m/s.
Works with global UHF readers
The Ant-RC05 covers both 865-868 MHz and 902-928 MHz bands, with VSWR of 1.3 or less, 50 Ω impedance, an SMA female connector and up to 20 W input power.
