The Zebra CC6000 Customer Concierge brings a full 10.1" tablet-style self-service experience to the shop floor, combining the familiarity of a consumer tablet with enterprise-grade hardware and a decade-long software support commitment. Shoppers can check order status, browse products and pricing, request an associate, and complete a purchase — all from one Android-powered touchscreen.

It shares the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage as the CC600, but steps up to a larger 10.1" display and a more capable Zebra SE4710 imager with PRZM Intelligent Imaging for fast, reliable barcode capture — including barcodes shown on a customer’s phone. A 5MP front camera adds video calling support for remote associate assistance, and dual front-firing speakers with push-to-talk make hands-free interaction practical in a busy retail environment.
