The Avery Dennison AD-834 U9 is a compact and high-performance UHF RFID inlay designed with the latest NXP UCODE 9 chip. Engineered for applications requiring small tag sizes with reliable read performance, the AD-834 U9 is ideally suited for tagging beauty products, cosmetics, personal care items, pharmaceuticals, and smaller apparel accessories.

With its circular antenna design (Ø 13 mm), the AD-834 U9 delivers excellent read sensitivity and a read range of up to 7 meters, even on challenging materials such as plastic, glass, and cardstock. This makes it a flexible choice for diverse packaging types and form factors.

The inlay comes with 96-bit EPC memory and a 96-bit TID with a 48-bit unique serial number, ensuring secure identification and full traceability of every tagged item. Built on ISO/IEC 18000-63 (EPC Gen2v2) standards, it supports global UHF RFID frequency ranges from 860 to 960 MHz, enabling seamless worldwide deployment.

The AD-834 U9 is available in multiple delivery formats including dry inlay, wet inlay, and paper label, offering versatility for integration into labeling and packaging processes. Its small die-cut size (Ø 15–16 mm) allows discreet placement while maintaining performance, making it particularly attractive for industries where space is limited, or aesthetics are critical.
